We are an inclusive company for all people who wish to do their best every day—regardless of gender, ethnicity, orientation, or any other condition—and our selection process is based on neutrality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Consolidation team in defining, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog. * Ensure user stories and requirements align with business needs and strategic objectives defined by product managers. * Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to detail requirements, validate deliveries, and track solution progress. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, and daily stand-ups). * Support data and metrics analysis to inform prioritization decisions and continuous product improvement. * Contribute to the product vision and evolution of consolidation processes, ensuring efficiency and data quality. * Collaborate effectively, focusing on delivered value and end-user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Analytical ability and logical reasoning. * Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. * Organizational skills and sense of prioritization. * Practical knowledge of **SQL** and **Excel.** * Availability for **on-site work in Sorocaba**, with **Friday remote work benefit.** **Nice-to-Have** * Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent). * Prior experience with products focused on **investment consolidation** or in the financial sector. * Familiarity with tools such as **v0**, **Lovable**, **Cursor.** * Practical knowledge of **Python.** * Experience in data analysis or process automation. * Intermediate English proficiency. **What Warren Offers You** An innovation-focused culture with multidisciplinary teams and a flat organizational structure, dedicated to building the best solutions for our users.
