Job Summary: IT professional responsible for monitoring operations, providing first-level support, and assisting in incident resolution, requiring critical thinking and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. IT experience (NOC, monitoring, technical support, or related fields) 2. Knowledge of Linux, Networking, Bash, Python, and/or Perl 3. Understanding of Observability concepts and Grafana Description: Technical Requirements * Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields; * Prior experience in IT (NOC, monitoring, technical support, or related fields); * Knowledge of Linux and/or Networking; * Knowledge of Bash, Python, and/or Perl; * Understanding of Observability concepts (metrics, logs, and traces); * Experience creating dashboards and configuring alerts in Grafana.
