We work with and for our customers because something is valuable to us only if it is valuable to them. **Responsibilities and duties** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and the well-being of everyone. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Be responsible for developing new functionalities and modifying existing ones within 75% of the time forecasted in the budget table. * Be responsible for meeting client needs and priorities, aligning them with the budget table and company strategy. * Be responsible for analyzing functional specifications; when necessary, return the FS for scope completion and recommend to the business or product analyst alternative implementation approaches that deliver greater value to the client and lower system impact. * Be responsible for defining technical requirements, executing them, and guiding other developers regarding governance requirement implementation and compliance. * Be responsible for validating development hour budgets for each project with the Senior Business Analyst or your leadership. * Be responsible for distributing development tasks among other team developers, providing appropriate technical guidance. * Be responsible for conducting Code Reviews of code generated by analysts on your team, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, governance requirements, and industry best development practices. * Be responsible for supporting production operations—including fixing program and component errors, writing scripts for database adjustments, analyzing potential operational impacts on the client, and alerting the business analyst for customer communication. * Act proactively with leadership in planning project and support structures to understand assigned activities, sharing ideas or proposing actions that facilitate project completion. * Support leadership in ensuring schedule adherence and timely customer delivery, per deadlines agreed upon and established with your leadership. * Develop unit tests (TDDs). * Perform Code Refactoring on assigned routines. * Generate evidence and documentation of implemented development. * Upon development completion, submit deliverables to the Quality Assurance team for final project acceptance testing; support the acceptance process and guide the team to include additional tests whenever changes may impact multiple system areas not covered by the project’s functional specification. * Actively participate in system/module deployment at the client site, analyze optimal deployment formats, data migration processes, system versions, and support business/product analysts in system configuration. Provide technical assistance and/or training to new developers regarding development tools. **Requirements and qualifications** ******You must also have:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields. * Solid programming logic knowledge. * Solid SQL language knowledge. * C# language knowledge is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Visual Studio. * Agile methodology knowledge is desirable. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Knowledge of agile methodology. * English proficiency. **Additional information** **Our work model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—defined according to the role’s requirements and responsibilities.
