Here, we value proactive, collaborative, curious, and results-oriented individuals who wish to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment with strong market connectivity. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Leading infrastructure projects, including defining scope, schedule, tools, and methodologies; * Serving as a technical reference for the team, supporting team development and contributing to the area’s maturity evolution; * Analyzing and implementing improvements to infrastructure processes, policies, and standards; * Evaluating and recommending technology solutions focused on efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness; * Supporting the definition and implementation of operational standards for infrastructure environments; * Conducting technical feasibility studies and technology upgrades; * Enhancing endpoint management using SCCM (MECM), defining standards, software distribution strategies, patch management, and compliance; * Evaluating and optimizing the SCCM infrastructure, promoting its integration with hybrid environments (Intune/Azure); * Implementing policies and plans aligned with departmental objectives and business needs. **Requirements and qualifications** **What Grupo RBS expects from you:** * Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and system hardening; * Experience with virtualization using Hyper-V; * Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix; * Experience with SCCM (MECM), managing endpoints at scale, software distribution, updates, and environment governance; * Knowledge of backup and recovery for environments; * Proficiency in high-complexity troubleshooting; * Expertise in automation using PowerShell; * Familiarity with infrastructure security and monitoring practices; * Experience in infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives; * Availability to work remotely, with 1–2 in-person visits per month at the company, on fixed days previously defined. **Additional information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is July 10, 2026.** **At Grupo RBS, we offer (CLT):**  On-site restaurant or meal/food allowance (based on work model: remote, hybrid, or in-person) Health insurance Transportation allowance or parking Private pension plan Profit-sharing program Extended maternity and paternity leave TotalPass Access to Uniglobo, Globo TV’s training platform for affiliates Digital subscription to GZH Membership in the Subscriber Club, offering exclusive discounts and benefits across various categories, including gastronomy and entertainment Opportunity to join ARBS (Grupo RBS Employees’ Association), providing multiple partnerships and discounts **RBS is built by people.** With nearly 70 years of history, we connect daily with 11 million residents of Rio Grande do Sul, delivering information, services, and emotion through TV, radio, digital platforms, and newspapers.
