Senior SRE

Description

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure SRE Analyst (N3\) with strong experience in critical environments, focusing on reliability, performance, and automation. This professional will support and evolve platforms, with emphasis on databases, cloud environments, and operating systems. Responsibilities: * Administer and tune SQL Server databases * Manage and optimize workloads in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Implement and enhance SRE practices (monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, incident response) * Automate operational routines and processes (provisioning, deployment, backup, etc.) * Perform advanced troubleshooting (Level 3\) of critical incidents * Define and implement observability strategies (logs, metrics, tracing) * Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams * Plan and execute capacity planning and continuous improvements * Ensure compliance with security and governance policies ### **Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience with **SQL Server** (administration, tuning, HA/DR, Always On) * Experience with **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)** * Strong knowledge of **Linux and/or Windows Server operating systems** * Experience with automation tools (e.g., Shell Script, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform) * Knowledge of SRE practices (SLI, SLO, SLA, error budget) * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Dynatrace, etc.) * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines * Experience with version control (Git) ### **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with Kubernetes and containers * Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) * Experience with NoSQL databases * Certifications in cloud, database, or SRE * Experience in financial or mission-critical environments ### **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems * Clear communication and collaboration across multiple teams * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Automation-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Outsourcing
