Collaboration within an agile, multidisciplinary team **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **QA and Automation Analyst** to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong logical reasoning skills, hands-on experience in test automation, active participation in technical analysis, as well as organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities. **Project:** The selected professional will directly support quality assurance activities for our institutional portal project. The project leverages cutting-edge technologies and features strong integration among development, QA, and infrastructure engineering teams. **Project Scale:** The project involves developing and maintaining a robust, highly available, scalable, and secure platform—considered strategic and critically important to the company, with significant investment. **Team Size:** The development team comprises approximately 10 professionals, including developers, architects, QAs, project managers, and infrastructure engineers. The QA and Automation Analyst will work closely with developers, business analysts, architects, and other team members. ### **Responsibilities:** * Design, review, and maintain test scenarios, evidence, and technical documentation. * Execute functional, manual, and regression tests to ensure flow integrity. * Develop test automation using **Selenium WebDriver with Java**, applying logic, validations, and sequential execution. * Integrate test cases and results into tools such as **Octane** (or other test management tools). * Participate in requirements gathering and flow analysis to support the team. * Perform basic/intermediate SQL queries for data validation. * Contribute to continuous improvements in quality, standardization, and process efficiency. ### **Additional Duties:** * Collaborate with developers and analysts to build and maintain testable, consistent workflows. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing automations. * Create clean, well-structured, and documented automation scripts. * Participate in agile ceremonies and practices alongside the team. * Align requirements, test cases, and automations. ### **Other Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications:** * **Selenium WebDriver with Java** – test automation. * **Java** – intermediate/advanced level (for building automation frameworks). * **Python** – intermediate level. * **SQL** – basic/intermediate level. * Power Automate – basic knowledge for simple automations. * Programming logic (Java, C, C\+\+). * Experience in technical documentation and requirements analysis. * Advanced Office Suite proficiency. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe). * Tools: QASE (or similar), Confluence, Jira, Miro. * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Interest in advancing toward process automation (RPA). + Familiarity with RPA documentation standards (PDD/TDS/STD). + Experience validating automated workflows. + Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber. * **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. ### **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass/Wellhub ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance Meal/Voucher allowance Bradesco health and dental plan Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions \+MJVer Program – referral bonus Partnerships with educational institutions, language schools, gyms, restaurants, and other service providers
