Currently, we offer a portfolio of over **19 brands**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop medium- to high-complexity solutions for products within the SIO vertical, serving as the technical reference within the squad, contributing to code quality improvement and mentoring junior developers. * Implement high-complexity and high-impact features in the product. * Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality and technical standards. * Support technical sprint planning and effort estimation. * Propose technical, architectural, and process improvements to the team coordinator. * Mentor Level II developers in their technical and process growth, acting as a reference within the squad. * Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to build end-to-end solutions. * Support incident resolution and root cause analysis in production. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in back-end and front-end development, with expertise in Java EE and Spring Boot. * Experience with React and React Native for web and mobile interface development. * Knowledge of SQL, Node.js, and TypeScript. * Experience with version control and continuous integration tools: GitLab and CI/CD. * Experience with Docker and Rancher for containerization and environment orchestration. * Proficiency with IDEs and development tools: IntelliJ, Eclipse, DataGrip, DBeaver, WebStorm. * Knowledge of application servers and infrastructure: Nginx, JBoss, Artifactory, kubectl. * Ability to conduct code reviews, propose technical improvements, and support architectural decisions alongside coordination. * Experience mentoring and supporting the technical development of more junior professionals. * Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and effort estimation. * Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents. * Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and Devin. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with legacy/complementary ecosystem technologies: Jcompany, SPW, Zion, AngularJS. * Familiarity with build and dependency management tools: Maven, Gradle, Ant. * Experience with Expo and Xcode for iOS mobile development. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Anywhere Office — 100% remote **Benefits:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Profit Sharing Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core pillars is valuing people, and we are proud to state that we are a company committed to diversity and inclusion.
