**Senior Buyer** Campinas – SP On-site **Responsibilities:** * Manage indirect procurement processes (MRO, services, facilities, IT, etc.), ensuring quality, cost, and delivery timelines. * Develop and qualify suppliers, conducting strategic negotiations to reduce costs and drive continuous improvement. * Draft and analyze contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. * Collaborate with internal departments (maintenance, engineering, HR, IT, etc.) to understand needs and propose efficient solutions. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement actions in procurement processes. * Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to identify savings opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, audits, and global procurement policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory). * Solid experience as a Buyer, preferably in the automotive industry. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with ERP systems (preferred). **Benefits**: Transportation Allowance / Shuttle Service / Parking, On-site Meals, Monthly Food Basket, Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Plans, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing and Results Program, SESI Agreement, and Year-end Benefits.
