Job Summary: We are seeking a technically oriented Project Manager / PMO to manage strategic technology projects, serving as the technical reference and interface with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **Project Manager / PMO** with a technical orientation to serve as the technical reference in managing strategic projects, ensuring communication between the company and our technology suppliers, and overseeing the progress of business initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor strategic technology projects; * Serve as the primary interface between Brasil Convênios and technology suppliers; * Plan, monitor, and prioritize backlogs, schedules, and deliverables; * Lead follow-up meetings with suppliers and internal departments; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality of deliverables; * Translate business needs into technical requirements for partners; * Validate solutions, identify risks, and support technical decision-making; * Monitor projects involving mobile applications, web systems, databases, BI, and integrations; * Support improvement and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency; * Organize documentation and track project metrics. Requirements: * Experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Project Manager, or similar roles in technology; * Experience managing suppliers and software development projects; * Knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, and schedule tracking; * Ability to act as an intermediary between business areas and technical teams; * Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus); * Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technology companies, fintechs, payment processors, corporate benefits, or benefits administrators; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence; * Experience in system migration projects and implementation of new platforms; * Knowledge of process automation.
