Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and Digital FGTS **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Senior Payroll Department Analyst** to handle personnel administration routines, with emphasis on **supporting payroll processing**, **benefits**, **hiring**, **electronic time tracking control**, and **contract termination**. We seek an organized professional with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in legal labor obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Support for payroll and labor-related charges; * Generation and submission of events to eSocial; * Support for using and updating Digital FGTS; * Benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, medical assistance, among others); * Electronic time tracking control and reconciliation; * Employee support and clarification of payroll department–related inquiries; * Updating employee records and organizing files and documents; * Preparation of departmental reports. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Payroll Department routines (Senior level); * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and Digital FGTS; * Experience with electronic time tracking control and benefits administration; * Degree in **Accounting Sciences**, **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the **Senior System (Payroll Department module)**; * Participation in payroll department process improvement or implementation projects.
