Mid-level Fullstack Developer (Node/React)

Description

FCamara is seeking a Mid-level Fullstack Developer (Node/React) to work for one of the largest companies in Latin America, a leader in clinical diagnostic testing. **Responsibilities and duties** * Serve as a technical and collaborative reference within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best development practices. * Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring technical decisions align with long-term objectives. * Lead quality and robustness initiatives, including promoting CI/CD practices, code reviews, and adopting security principles (DevSecOps). * Contribute to product strategy by participating in defining the technical roadmap and evaluating new technologies. * Actively drive continuous improvement of engineering processes by proposing and implementing data- and metric-driven enhancements. * Contribute to the evolution of agile processes by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical refinement sessions. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and other teams to align technical solutions with business goals. * Participate in gathering customer requirements and perform technical estimation for projects. * Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for deliverables, ensuring application quality, security, and maintainability. * Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining focus on continuous value delivery. * Motivate the team through personal example and knowledge sharing. * Communicate clearly and objectively, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and continuously improving work environment. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and qualifications: * Solid backend development experience using **Node.js**, with expertise in frameworks such as **NestJS** and **Express**. * Frontend development experience using **React.js**, including hooks, Context API, and best practices for componentization. * Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6\+), TypeScript, and principles of functional and object-oriented programming. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). * Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration) using Jest, Supertest, or equivalent tools. * Experience with code versioning tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Development of AI-based solutions, with a focus on AI Agents, automation, and MVPs. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
