**About the opportunity** ------------------------ We are looking for a professional with experience in API Management, enterprise integrations, and AI-driven solutions to work in an enterprise environment focused on maintaining and evolving critical API platforms. The role will heavily involve Azure API Management (APIM), enterprise gateways, application-to-application integration, and AI agent-based automation, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of solutions. The professional will join a team responsible for the APIHUB and NATIVE platforms, contributing both to maintenance and implementation of technical improvements and innovative solutions related to Artificial Intelligence applied to system integration. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop and maintain API- and AI-related solutions; * Implement technical improvements and fixes on enterprise platforms; * Work with Azure API Management (APIM) and API lifecycle management; * Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka; * Support initiatives involving AI agents and process automation; * Participate in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; * Manage and secure Azure resources; * Work with OpenShift containers and Helm Charts; * Ensure observability and monitoring of applications using DataDog; * Provide technical support and operate in critical maintenance environments; * Contribute to the team’s technical evolution in AI-related topics. **Mandatory requirements** --------------------------- * Experience with Azure API Management (APIM); * Experience with Kafka; * Knowledge of ARM Templates; * .NET development; * Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration; * Knowledge of CI/CD; * Experience with GitHub; * Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identity management; * Experience with OpenShift and containers; * Knowledge of unit and integration testing; * Hands-on experience with Generative AI and agent-based automation; * Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol). **Desirable knowledge** ---------------------------- * Python, Node.js, or Java; * LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks; * RAG, LLMOps, and vector databases; * Datadog; * Helm Charts; * Angular or React; * SQL Server; * Okta; * Experience with enterprise integration platforms and API Gateways. **What you’ll find in this position** ------------------------------------ * Work on high-criticality enterprise platforms; * Close exposure to modern AI and automation technologies; * Collaborative and global environment; * Opportunities for continuous learning and technical growth; * Participation in strategic initiatives around integration and digital transformation. **Interpersonal skills** ------------------------------ * Collaboration * Effective communication * Analytical mindset * Customer focus * Innovation * Courage to act * Decision-making * People development * Promotion of inclusion
