Work location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the Supervisor in maintenance planning, applying concepts of corrective, planned, corrective, and preventive maintenance; * Lead and plan the team to perform maintenance or installation tasks, assigning specific labor resources to each activity, verifying high-complexity services upon completion, participating in all tests, and guiding mechanics on shipyard installation standards; * Guide production users on equipment and machinery operating conditions and procedures, and convey the concept of autonomous maintenance to each production employee; * Determine required maintenance tasks and evaluate work performed after execution; * Monitor scheduling of periodic maintenance services for machines, equipment, and facilities; * Conduct routine inspections to diagnose equipment condition and operational status; * Train subordinates; participate in personnel management processes (e.g., recruitment, promotions, evaluations); maintain team order and discipline by monitoring attendance and recommending disciplinary actions or dismissals; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets for ongoing and completed services; * Control material usage/consumption, identifying performed work and consumed materials; * Specify and request materials required for maintenance activities; * Perform other related and inherent duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Minimum educational qualification: **Technical degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering** Desired educational qualification: **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering** **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher and attendance bonus; Christmas bonus; Transportation voucher; On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch; UNIMED health insurance coverage extended to legal dependents.
