You’ll be responsible for developing and governing GenAI and MLOps solutions, as well as promoting the adoption of best practices across the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Lead the Alelo AI and MLE team technically, serving internal customers across various departments. * Manage AI solution architecture and development, proposing and evaluating AI tools and frameworks. * Coordinate the implementation of MLOps pipelines, including model training, validation, and production monitoring. * Promote and implement AI governance and security practices. * Facilitate AI and MLOps team training and upskilling. * Foster collaboration among data science, engineering, and business teams to ensure implemented solutions’ effectiveness. * Monitor solution performance and scalability, proposing continuous improvements when needed. * Present results and innovations to stakeholders and senior management. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience with Python, MLOps, and Machine Learning frameworks. * Practical experience with AI tools and services—especially on AWS. * Knowledge of GenAI, including prompt engineering and related frameworks. * Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git). * Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus leadership and teamwork capabilities. * Proactivity, strategic vision, and ability to influence decisions. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Relevant certifications in AI and MLOps.
