Come **INSPIRE** with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Support administrative control of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across SESI/SENAI operational units; * Organize and update maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical engineering systems; * Assist in monitoring maintenance related to air conditioning, electrical, hydraulic systems, and other building assets; * Record and document maintenance requests; * Populate and update control spreadsheets with information on assets, cost centers, locations, deadlines, and activity status; * Monitor performance of executed maintenance tasks, contributing to quality control of services; * Prepare technical reports and support consolidation of departmental information; * Assist in identifying recurring anomalies and opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes; * Support administrative oversight of contracts with specialized third-party companies; * Assist in traceability of performed activities through organization of records and documents; * Contribute to organizing physical and digital files, as well as the maintenance database; * Support compliance of processes with internal standards, procedures, and established guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background:** Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with expected graduation starting from May 2027\. **Additional information** Recognized by the GPTW (Great Place to Work) seal as one of the best companies to work for in Espírito Santo, we also offer: **JOB DETAILS:** Working hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Market-competitive stipend: R$ 1\.320,00 Transportation Allowance or Transit Assistance: R$ 200,00 Meal/Ticket Food (iFood): R$ 300,00 WellHub: platform offering discounts at gyms and fitness facilities Starbem: wellness app providing medical, psychological, and other wellbeing services **To support your career development:** Culture of feedback; Participation in training programs aligned with your field of expertise; Access to the **unindústria** platform — designed to enhance your technical and behavioral development.
