If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **General Responsibilities of the Role:** * Setup and Assembly * Operation and Monitoring * Production Release * Safety and Organization **Key Duties of the Role:** * Setup: Mount and secure tooling onto the press according to the production order. * Adjustment: Adjust press parameters, including stroke, pressure, speed, and feeding systems (uncoiler, feeder). * Operation: Activate/operate hydraulic and/or mechanical/eccentric presses. * Inspection: Perform self-inspection of produced parts using measuring instruments to verify compliance with technical drawings. * Safety (NR\-12\): Ensure correct use of machine safety devices, guaranteeing an accident-free workplace. * Basic Maintenance: Perform first-level preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) and report corrective maintenance needs to the technical team. * Organization: Maintain an organized and clean workplace (5S). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school and/or currently enrolled. * Experience: Press setup and operation (hydraulic or eccentric presses). * Technical Knowledge: * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings. * Metrology (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator). * Knowledge of stamping tools. * Knowledge of safety regulations, specifically NR\-12\. * Skills: Pro\-activeness and attention to detail. * Preferred Qualifications: SENAI course (Mechanics, Toolmaking, or related fields). **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation provided for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for wellness activities; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
