Description
* Monitor and control the production process, observing safety, health, quality, cost, environmental, and productivity conditions; monitor performance indicators; identify non-conformities; define and recommend necessary corrective actions; and promote continuous improvement;
* Monitor inventory levels (raw materials) to ensure cost control, identify deviations, implement solutions, and drive improvements;
* Monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), identify anomalies in the production process, analyze their impacts, and develop alternative solutions for detected issues;
* Manage employees, including vacation scheduling, timekeeping, performance evaluations, and other personnel management activities in accordance with organizational procedures and applicable legislation.
* Monitor departmental changes, construction projects, and improvements, ensuring execution and delivery quality.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
