




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting surveys, quotations, and managing quotation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts information gathering and quotations for materials/services Description: * Degree in Electrical/Civil/Electromechanical Engineering * Experience preparing commercial, technical, and pre-qualification proposals for service execution, including necessary surveys, quotations, calculation records, follow-up, and proposal registration. * Knowledge of protection and control systems architecture and sizing; * Desired: MS Project and AutoCAD; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Willingness to travel * Residency in Indaiatuba and surrounding region * Analyze the Invitation Letter, based on client contact, verifying the company's feasibility to participate—or not—in the quotation process. If feasible, proceed with the quotation process; if not, inform the client of the reason. * Register the proposal to be prepared by completing a specific program, which generates a proposal number to enable tracking and control of all proposals at any time. * Schedule technical visits whenever requested by the client or required by the company to clarify tender document items, aiming to identify necessary data (scaffolding, construction site, logistics, movement, weather conditions, distance, local pricing, labor availability, etc.) for budgeting purposes. * Gather information by reviewing the invitation, emails, ET (technical specifications), visit minutes, visit report (if available), draft contract, isometric drawings—aiming to identify all obligations and quantities that must be reflected in the budget preparation. * Raise questions with the client whenever doubts exist or essential information is missing for proposal formulation, to align all points potentially impacting the budget. * Obtain quotations for materials and/or services through meetings and negotiations with suppliers, aiming to identify the supplier offering the best cost/benefit ratio for budget composition. * Prepare calculation records containing productivity rates, costs, responsibilities, information, resources, quotations, and strategies defined for each quotation, to present estimated project costs. * Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals: the Technical Proposal includes information such as schedule, labor and equipment histograms, organizational chart, presentation of similar projects, and execution methodology—without being limited thereto; the Commercial Proposal includes unit price spreadsheets and their compositions, and the draft contract incorporating considerations from the Contracts Department—to fully outline mutual obligations between client and company, as well as commercial conditions, penalties, guarantees, national or international taxes, customs duties, and other taxes and levies. * Submit the Technical and Commercial Proposal to the client after approval and release by the Executive Board and/or Estimating Manager, General Managers, and Branch Managers. * Perform follow-up on submitted proposals upon request from the Commercial Department, via phone or email, to obtain feedback regarding the bidding process. * Maintain and update proposal tracking in RIP software. * Download documentation via portals, links, and upload them to our network. * Prepare risk analysis for proposals, if required. 2512250202491935236
