Job Summary: Intern to support pickup and delivery scheduling, documentation control, and route and logistics cost analysis, aiming for optimization and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Basic knowledge of logistics management systems (advantage) Description: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of logistics management systems will be considered an advantage. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Support in Scheduling Pickups and Deliveries: * Assist in scheduling and arranging pickups and deliveries according to demand and customer specifications. * Monitor adherence to pickup and delivery schedules to ensure punctuality and operational efficiency. * Documentation Control: * Assist in verifying and organizing transportation-related documents, such as bills of lading, service orders, and cargo movement records. * Assistance in Route and Logistics Cost Analysis: * Collaborate in analyzing transportation routes to optimize costs and operational efficiency. * Assist in evaluating different transportation modes to select the most suitable option for each specific cargo requirement. 2511010202241826398
