We make a difference to ensure sustainable development. https://www.youtube.com/embed/P3A4W9FDaj0?showinfo\=0 ### **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Completed High School education;** * **Completed or ongoing Higher Education or Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields;** * **Prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or related areas is required;** * **Knowledge of industrial mechanics (hydraulics, pneumatics, transmission systems, bearings, etc.) and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques is a plus.** ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on industrial machines, equipment, and installations, diagnosing faults and proposing optimal solutions;** * **Organize and control maintenance activities, including planning and execution of work orders;** * **Test machines and equipment after interventions, performing assisted operation to verify full functionality and compliance with safety and quality standards;** * **Perform precise adjustments on machines, devices, and mechanical instruments, ensuring productive efficiency;** * **Interpret assembly diagrams, technical drawings, manuals, and catalogs to guide maintenance and installation activities;** * **Record daily occurrences in Fracttal (a maintenance-specific software), documenting daily maintenance tasks performed, methods used, parts replaced, root causes of issues, and solutions adopted, to maintain records enabling process improvements and faster maintenance response;** * **Safely access primary and secondary power cabinets in compliance with regulatory standards, for inspection and support of electrical maintenance when required;** * **Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed, including parts used, downtime duration, and relevant observations.** * **Ensure organization and cleanliness of the work area and tools used.** ### **WORK SCHEDULE** ### **Availability to work rotating shifts** ### **BENEFITS** * **Medical Insurance** * **Dental Insurance** * **Pharmacy Benefits** * **Fuel Allowance** * **Meal Voucher** * **On-site Meals** * **Annual Profit Sharing (PLR)** * **Discount on LAR Plásticos Products
