Every contribution strengthens our purpose of caring for people. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage quality and patient safety across hospital processes, with emphasis on non-clinical areas, promoting continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and integration among administrative, support, and clinical departments. Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of institutional policies, standards, protocols, and procedures. Monitor quality indicators related to non-clinical and cross-functional processes. Contribute to planning and executing continuous improvement programs and risk management initiatives. Participate in meetings with leadership and clinical teams to align processes, analyze indicators, and define improvement actions. Serve as the interface between non-clinical departments and clinical areas to align processes, workflows, and indicators. Support the integration of quality and patient safety requirements into clinical practices. Support the definition, monitoring, and critical analysis of quality indicators. Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making and leadership’s critical analyses. Track action plans arising from indicators outside target ranges. Receive, analyze, and follow up on notifications of adverse events, incidents, and near misses. Participate in root cause analysis, development of action plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented actions. Support committees and working groups related to patient safety and quality. Participate in institutional committees (e.g., Quality, Patient Safety). Support the organization of meetings, minutes, evidence, and indicators required by ONA and ISO standards. Contribute to disseminating the culture of quality and patient safety. Support and/or conduct internal QSMA audits according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. Support external audits, ONA evaluation visits, and ISO certification audits. Track action plans resulting from internal and external audits. Plan, develop, and deliver training related to quality management, patient safety, ONA requirements, and ISO 9001\. Support educational initiatives related to quality and patient safety, in collaboration with responsible departments. Contribute to developing guidance materials and institutional communications. Encourage best practices and standardization of hospital processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Active registration with COREN. **Requirements** Proven experience in this role, with a minimum of 5 years. Willingness to travel. **Desirable** Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Patient Safety, Hospital Management, or related fields. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Lean, Ishikawa). Experience with adverse event notification systems and quality indicators. Training or experience with ONA; ISO 9001; 14001 and 45001\. Experience conducting internal audits. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
