Aurea Select is a company specialized in recruitment and selection solutions. It offers customized services to meet the hiring needs of diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and diagnostic meetings to closing software/IT solution contracts. Lead the end-to-end sales process (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closure). Conduct meetings with technical stakeholders (Developers, Software Architects, Tech Leads), translating technical requirements into commercial scope. Conduct online meetings (Teams/Zoom/Meet) and in-person meetings at the office, as well as external client visits when necessary to close deals or strengthen relationships. Maintain the CRM accurately, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts. Act as the client's strategic partner by understanding their technological pain points and proposing the ideal software solution. Position based in São Paulo / SP.
