Development of robust CI/CD pipelines **Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Specialist** ------------------------------------------------ **Work Model:** Hybrid (São Paulo – South Zone / Santo Amaro) * **First 2 months:** On-site 2 days per week (Santo Amaro – SP) * **After initial period:** Flexible model, potentially evolving to: 1 day per week* 1 day per month ### **Job Mission** Design, automate, and evolve DevOps pipelines and platforms in complex environments, ensuring **high availability, reliability, scalability, and governance**, with strong expertise in Kubernetes and GitOps culture. ### **Key Challenges** * Maintain and evolve **large-scale, mission-critical environments** * Build standardized and robust CI/CD pipelines * Ensure governance, security, and compliance in Kubernetes * Implement GitOps culture and advanced automation * Improve end-to-end observability and troubleshooting ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain **CI/CD** pipelines using: * GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps * Manage containerized environments with: * Docker and Kubernetes (production clusters) * Perform deployments using: * Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD (GitOps) * Implement and maintain security policies with **Kyverno** * Build and evolve observability solutions with: * Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger * Implement and maintain centralized logging solutions with: * Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Logstash (EFK/ELK) * Troubleshoot distributed environments * Collaborate closely with development, cloud, and security teams ### **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of DevOps experience**, working in complex and scalable environments * Solid experience with **CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)** * Strong knowledge of **Docker and Kubernetes (production)** * Experience with deployment tools (Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD) * Experience with observability and monitoring * Knowledge of centralized logging (ELK/EFK) * Ability to troubleshoot distributed environments ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **large-scale GitOps implementations** * Knowledge of container and Kubernetes security * Experience with multi\-cluster / multi\-cloud environments * Experience in highly regulated or critical environments * Experience with performance tuning and pipeline optimization * Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD) or cloud certifications ### **Behavioral Profile** * Highly **hands\-on and pragmatic** profile * Strong ability to solve complex problems * Automation mindset (“everything as code”) * Good communication and collaboration across multiple teams * Sense of urgency balanced with quality Contract Options: PJ or CLT PJ: Fixed fee only – no benefits CLT: Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance (at no cost to the employee), transportation allowance (VT), and meal allowance (VR – R$ 32.00/day) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
