Our most valuable asset is our people; therefore, Unicred champions equality of opportunity! **This position requires on-site work at our branches in Juiz de Fora/MG or Sete Lagoas/MG.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the established strategic planning, monitoring climate and performance indicators, supporting and developing action plans focused on fostering a prosperous environment for people, the organization, and its cooperative members; * Develop and promote education, attraction, and retention strategies, keeping existing regulations, manuals, and policies up to date; * Continuously pursue internal and external updates to optimize business and people strategies; * Provide consulting services to leaders, equipping them with information for people-related decision-making; * Be responsible for technical guidance related to your area of expertise; * Actively manage internal communication; * Promote the cooperative movement and enhance understanding among employees regarding the Cooperative’s products and services; * Support teams to maximize their performance, focusing on achieving results for the Cooperative; * Serve as a business partner, capable of translating and stimulating strategic discussions and breaking them down into actionable plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Graduate studies in progress; * Human resource management subsystems; * Application and analysis of behavioral assessments; * People development interventions; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Human Resource Management; * Willingness to travel. **Desired Qualifications:** * Strategic Human Resource Management; * Psychological assessment; * Internal Consulting (Business Partner). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 1,500.00 per month; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Day Off; * Profit-sharing program (PPR). **Cooperate so everyone grows together.** We are one of Brazil’s leading cooperative financial institutions, operating for over 35 years with the purpose of bringing prosperity to all cooperative members’ lives, transforming our reality into a more collaborative environment.
