Job Summary: We are seeking an International and VIP Travel Consultant to serve as a technical reference, supporting the team and efficiently resolving complex requests. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as the technical reference for the consultant team. 2. Focusing on international corporate and VIP client service. 3. Developing high-end experiences through relationship management and talent development. We are looking for a **Travel Consultant** specializing in **International and VIP service** to join our Guarulhos unit. This professional will act as the technical reference for the team, supporting consultants and efficiently resolving complex requests. The candidate must have solid experience in corporate client service, with a focus on strategic solutions for international and VIP clients, as well as proficiency in GDS systems and extensive travel industry experience (air and ground transportation). **What we seek:** * Experience in international and VIP client service; * Knowledge of airline and ground transportation reservation systems; * Experience with Amadeus GDS and/or Sabre GDS; * Completed undergraduate degree in Tourism or related fields; * Clear and assertive written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Advanced language skills (English and/or Spanish); * Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. **Some of the responsibilities you will undertake:** * Prepare comprehensive quotations aligned with client policies; * Make reservations (air, hotel, car rental, and related services); * Manage modifications, cancellations, and refunds; * Resolve issues promptly; * Use GDS (Amadeus and/or Sabre) for reservations and ticketing; * Apply knowledge of domestic and international travel rules and fare structures; * Support the team with technical queries and requests; * Negotiate with ground transportation suppliers (rates, modifications, cancellations). **It is through relationships, commitment, motivation, and talent that we build high-end experiences.
