From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** Responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), acting as a quality culture multiplier, and ensuring the quality management system supports organizational improvement with focus on business areas and their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and administer quality management standards and customer-specific requirements; * Approve and review final product testing and approval reports; * Define quality methods and standards, and foster team motivation toward achieving results; * Identify talent within the team, promote a positive work environment, and provide necessary resources; * Support analysis of customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through assertive and persuasive communication; * Identify production gaps; * Manage the quality department’s budget; * Ensure analytical reliability through equipment and standards; * Use PPE when required; * Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety, and Environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree — Mandatory * Advanced English for active daily use — Mandatory * Direct people leadership experience — Mandatory * Knowledge of quality management systems; * Good Manufacturing Practices; * Implementation of ISO 9000 / 22716 / BRCGS; * Continuous improvement management (Lean / TPM) **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
