Business Process Analyst – RPA | Mid (Remote)

. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Act from the initial understanding of business requirements through to the structuring of automated solutions; * Conduct business process elicitation, mapping, and analysis (AS\-IS), detailing manual processes via flowchart creation and identification of business rules; * Propose the future-state process design (TO\-BE), considering efficient and scalable RPA implementation; * Model and redesign processes using BPMN (Bizagi Modeler, FigJam, or similar tools); * Develop and maintain functional process documentation, including the Process Design Document (PDD); * Lead process and requirements elicitation and mapping sessions, ensuring accurate understanding of business needs; * Translate business requirements into structured, automatable solutions; * Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using RPA; * Perform structured handoff to the development team, ensuring technical and functional alignment for automation implementation; * Participate in continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, reduction of rework, value generation, and KPI monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and Systems Analysis; * Knowledge of BPM, including AS\-IS and TO\-BE process mapping and analysis; * Experience in process modeling using BPMN and tools such as Bizagi Modeler, FigJam, or similar; * Knowledge and experience in developing PDDs; * Understanding of RPA architecture; * Experience identifying and analyzing automation opportunities; * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; * Consulting mindset with strong analytical ability and critical thinking to assess RPA project feasibility; * Strong communication skills, active listening, organization, time management, collaboration, and results orientation; * Nice-to-have:** knowledge of databases to support understanding of business rules and processes; familiarity with Automation Anywhere and BotCity; hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), agile processes, BPMN, and AI concepts applied to process improvement.
