Promote best practices for software quality An Information Technology services company is seeking an API and UI Test Automation Engineer in Guarulhos. UltraCon Consultoria provides strategic and operational consulting services to companies aiming to optimize processes and increase efficiency. With a team of specialists, the company excels in implementing customized solutions across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks for API and UI testing. Develop automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Applitools. Execute automated regression, integration, and smoke test suites to ensure continuous application quality. Identify, document, and track defects, recording clear reproduction steps and ensuring traceability. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product teams in defining acceptance criteria and testing strategies. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid feedback cycles. Continuously improve automation processes to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort. Promote best practices for software quality and serve as the technical reference for automation within the team. Previous experience as a Test Engineer, Software Quality Specialist, Automated Test Analyst, or Test Developer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
