**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking professionals to evaluate credit risk for real estate-related transactions, with direct reporting and exposure to the Executive Board/Executive Committee.
**What We Are Looking For**

**Essential Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial statement analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Minimum of 2 years of prior experience analyzing real estate sector transactions.
* Fluent English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Programming and database knowledge (Python, VBA, SQL).
* CFA certification (Levels I, II, or III).
**Challenges and Impact**
----------------------
* Conduct fundamental credit risk analysis for real estate developers, property companies, and real estate investment funds, including residential and commercial projects (logistics warehouses, corporate office buildings, and hotels).
* Prepare credit documentation, financial projections, and presentations for XP Bank’s Executive Committee.
* Contribute to general departmental activities.
* Support ongoing transaction monitoring and preparation of technical reports to inform decision-making.
* Maintain constant interaction with various business areas (Investment Banking, Sales, Structuring, and Funds).
