As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will contribute to evaluating key activities and processes across business lines, covering diverse areas such as finance, operations, products, and administration — ensuring established procedures and policies are followed, compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and that relevant risks are adequately mitigated. Some of the challenges you’ll face: * Conduct internal audits across the entire organization, assessing processes and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations; * Identify risk areas and propose improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and minimize potential losses; * Prepare detailed audit reports, including recommendations to address findings and enhance processes; * Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and provide guidance to involved departments; * Track changes in regulations and accounting standards and adapt internal processes accordingly. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------- **Essential Requirements:** * Alignment with our culture; * Strong communication skills and curiosity to extract maximum information from interactions with departments; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal audit, preferably within brokerage firms or investment banks; * **Prior experience in the financial market, with knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Foreign Exchange products.
