These products support squads operating tactically with clients of various types and sizes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * This ideal designer will be passionate about creating such solutions—functional and appealing for large enterprise clients; * Have genuine willingness to learn; * Work iteratively and collaborate with the team to create effective and engaging design solutions that enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints; * Ensure projects meet both user and business needs; * Pay close attention to detail and exercise care throughout the project execution—from conception to delivery; * Be able to clearly communicate concepts and projects through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes; * Be capable of working independently and within a team environment, with strong collaboration skills; * Support strategic thinking for problem-solving and propose continuous improvement; * Support new initiatives and product launches, participating in building, implementation, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in UX/UI Design * Experience with Figma * Experience in Digital Design * Knowledge of Design Systems * Knowledge of responsive design and adaptation for different devices and screen sizes * Knowledge of email marketing * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies * Experience in agile environments typical of digital companies, understanding the nuances of customer experience fostered and supported by relationship management actions * Ability to easily grasp business objectives and requirements * Good teamwork dynamics and collaborative approach * Sense of ownership * Experience with agile culture (we operate using Kanban) **Additional Information** **Desirable:** * Knowledge of analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and continuous improvements. * Knowledge of design methodologies/foundations (e.g., Gestalt, Semiotics, Atomic Design). **Skills:** * Hands-on * Inquisitiveness * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Analytical mindset focused on business and customer journey * Problem-solving ability * Creativity * Willingness to learn * Assertive communication * Flexible approach and adaptability of ideas to client needs. * Curious mindset, always seeking updates on usage patterns as technology evolves * Experimentation and innovative problem solving. #### **Just a Little Data.
