Review the position details below: * Supervise the nursing team during patient care delivery, supporting procedures performed, identifying training needs, and aligning clinical routines according to established protocols; * Monitor staff scheduling across workstations to ensure appropriate care coverage, allocating resources based on patients’ dependency level/complexity; * Conduct on-site training for care teams on implemented routines so all follow the same institutional standards and protocols; * Collaborate with the medical team by sharing information gathered from patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to support treatment planning and patient safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe **care** begins with preparation and intention, this may be the right place for you.
