Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- São Paulo/SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will work in the Cyber Risk Management unit, performing the following key activities: * Implement, refine, and maintain the governance framework/strategy for TPRM (risk appetite, policy, standards, procedures, controls, roles and responsibilities, etc.); * Implement, refine, and maintain workflows and methodologies for TPRM assessment throughout the supplier relationship lifecycle, aligned with major international standards and frameworks and harmonized with the GRC methodology already adopted internally; * Design and deliver awareness initiatives (trainings, communications, workshops, video casts, etc.); * Assess regulatory requirements and legislation, making necessary adjustments to processes within the TPRM governance structure; * Implement, refine, and perform continuous monitoring of third-party risks using Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals, defined by thresholds/risk appetite, re-evaluation triggers, and response plans; * Track issues and action plans until remediation, providing evidence and escalating according to authority levels, suggesting improvements when needed; * Review executive reports and escalate status updates, issues, and residual risks to involved/affected areas and decision-making forums; * Conduct risk analyses, ensuring methodological adherence, consistency, and standardization/quality of assessments. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience in TPRM, including hands-on use of TPRM/GRC platforms (ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP or equivalents), with data integration, KRIs, and early warning signals; * Knowledge of methodologies, measurement models, and independent technical (Quality) reviews; * Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (preferably Power BI) and dashboards; * Knowledge of programming languages, preferably SQL and Python; * Experience with the Databricks platform; * Agile methodologies * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced English It would be a plus if you have: * Certifications in risk and security focused on third parties * Knowledge of AI for use in data analysis and performance management processes **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on position eligibility\* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waiver: special conditions on various products and services * Childcare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, with assistance covering pregnancy through postpartum
