




Job Summary: Administrative support professional to assist managers, control payments, organize documents, manage financial and HR information, and serve customers and suppliers. Customer and supplier service, with focus on communication and organization **Main Responsibilities (tasks to be performed):** * Assist managers and leaders with daily work routines; Control, record, digitize, attach, and reconcile payments in the system; Receive and distribute mail and packages; Support the finance and HR departments in organizing documents, ensuring proper storage and confidentiality of information; create and maintain various types of spreadsheets; organize accounts payable and receivable; issue and receive invoices; create and update databases and registers for employees, customers, and suppliers; serve customers and suppliers; assist in monitoring employee time tracking; insert and/or update appointment schedules in Outlook upon request; inform immediate supervisor of any failures/irregularities affecting satisfactory task completion; perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.
