If you’re passionate about challenges, possess an innovative mindset, and enjoy contributing to something meaningful, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage and process essential stand operations services—including cleaning, security, equipment rentals, and others—via the **MEGA system**. Monitor and organize processes related to obtaining **demolition permits and sales stand operating licenses**. Track and manage procedures with utility providers **ENEL and SABESP**, including requests for service suspension, account holder changes, and monthly payment tracking. Prepare **administrative reports and controls in Excel** for expense and process monitoring. Support data analysis and organization using **BI tools**. Apply **Artificial Intelligence resources** to optimize administrative routines, information organization, and operational insight generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration * Prior experience in **administrative routines** * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of **Excel** (data control, spreadsheets, and reporting) * Familiarity with **BI tools** (Power BI or similar) * Knowledge of or interest in **applying Artificial Intelligence to administrative routines** * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication **Additional Information** **Exclusive Benefits:** Flexible Meal Voucher (restaurants/supermarkets) – no payroll deduction.
