In this position, you will develop and supervise chemical studies aimed at innovation and continuous improvement of production processes through technical-scientific investigations in the field of chemical technology. You will promote technical exchange between the company, universities, research centers, and laboratories to incorporate new competencies and technological solutions that add value to internal processes, optimize production, and ensure the company’s market competitiveness. Responsibilities: * Develop, optimize, validate, and transfer methodologies applied to animal nutrition products, raw materials, and inputs, with focus on innovation, analytical robustness, and applicability in production processes. * Plan and execute product stability studies, including experimental design, sample preparation, and analyses, to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance throughout its lifecycle. * Conduct laboratory experiments in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ensuring data traceability, integrity, and generation of applicable technical knowledge for continuous process improvement. * Participate in R\&D projects, contributing to scope control, timelines, resource management, and delivery quality, with emphasis on solutions that enhance production and corporate competitiveness. * Ensure safety during laboratory activities by strictly adhering to internal procedures and safety regulations, including proper use of PPE. * Research, propose, and validate innovative testing protocols aligned with national and international regulatory requirements, focusing on practical applicability and process efficiency. * Comply with internal procedures and corporate guidelines, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and technical excellence. Qualifications: EDUCATION: * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. * Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry. * Doctorate in Chemistry or Biochemistry is desirable. * Fluent English. * Intermediate Spanish. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: * Experience in developing chemical forms and production processes for animal nutrition products. * Knowledge of Analytical Method Development and Validation. * Review and preparation of scientific publications. * Experience in Research and Development. \#LI\-LQ1
