The primary challenge will be transforming qualitative data (especially customer feedback) into actionable insights using cutting-edge LLMs (Large Language Models) and automation techniques. Responsibilities and Duties: * Advanced Sentiment Analysis: Develop and implement AI solutions to analyze large-scale customer feedback (surveys, reviews, support interactions), identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve customer experience. * Automation and Optimization: Create agents and automation workflows for repetitive data analysis and reporting tasks, leveraging AI to optimize internal processes and reduce manual effort. * Prompt Engineering and Model Development: Apply LLM techniques (e.g., GPT and similar models) to build NLP (Natural Language Processing) solutions that classify, summarize, and interpret text. * Strategic Consulting: Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. * Data Governance and Modeling: Structure and maintain databases, ensuring data quality and accessibility for business teams. * Data Visualization: Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) to democratize access to AI-driven analytics. Required Qualifications: * Applied AI Experience: Proven expertise in using Artificial Intelligence for data analysis, with mandatory focus on customer feedback (sentiment analysis, NLP, etc.). * Advanced SQL: Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data manipulation, and extraction. * Power BI: Strong knowledge of the tool, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query (M\-Language). * Python: Proficiency in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy) and implementing AI solutions. * LLMs and AI Agents: Practical experience with frameworks and APIs for building AI agents and orchestrating tasks using language models (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar). * Process Automation: Demonstrated history of creating automations for repetitive tasks and optimizing workflows. * Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database administration and modeling (SQL and NoSQL). * Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Fluent/Advanced English Desirable Qualifications: * Experience using Salesforce as a data source * Experience with NPS, CX, or Voice of Customer projects Behavioral Profile: * Senior professional with technical autonomy and sharp analytical vision * Ability to clearly communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders * Proactivity to operate in a dynamic environment with data infrastructure still under consolidation * Builder mindset — here, you won’t just analyze; you’ll help structure the team’s data ecosystem
