Job Summary: Protheus Developer N2 for support and continuous improvement of the TOTVS Protheus ERP within an agile squad in the Retail sector, working closely with BackOffice areas. Experience with Financial, Billing, Purchasing, and Inventory modules in retail We are seeking a Protheus Developer N2 to provide support and drive continuous improvement of the TOTVS Protheus ERP within an agile squad in the Retail sector. The professional will work closely with BackOffice areas (Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Operations). **Responsibilities:** • Handling and resolving N2-level service tickets, including technical and functional analysis. • Diagnosing incidents, identifying root causes, and assessing business impact. • Maintaining and enhancing ADVPL routines, adhering to standards and best practices. • Implementing functional adjustments in financial, commercial, and operational processes. • Developing minor enhancements and evolutionary fixes. • Supporting integrations with financial, tax, and third-party systems. • Providing technical support for BackOffice Finance processes, including CNAB. • Actively participating in agile squad ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, review). • Conducting technical and functional testing; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). • Producing and updating technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions. **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** **•** ERP Protheus: Practical experience with Financial (CP, CR, Treasury), Billing, Purchasing, and Inventory modules, preferably in a retail environment. • Development: Advanced knowledge of ADVPL (maintenance, bug fixing, interpretation of business rules). • Integrations: Knowledge of Web services (REST/SOAP) for integrations with financial systems, banks (CNAB), and tax systems. • BackOffice Finance: Familiarity with processes such as bank reconciliation and generation/reading of CNAB files (240/400\). • Database: Intermediate knowledge of Oracle SQL (SELECTs, JOINs) for troubleshooting. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Tax and Accounting modules. Experience with POUI, TL\+\+, Linux, and Protheus architecture.
