This role involves maintaining and continuously enhancing critical systems, ensuring their stability, security, and technological evolution. The environment is characterized by high transactional volume, strong system integration, and constant adaptation to financial-sector regulatory requirements. Within this context, you will contribute technical improvements, develop new features, and enhance integrations—supporting the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that sustain the institution’s operations and innovation. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and evolving features using **C\#**, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best development practices; * Performing **maintenance and continuous improvement** of existing systems and integrations; * Developing and consuming **REST APIs and integrations**, ensuring efficient communication among disparate systems; * Working with **Oracle and SQL Server databases**, performing queries, adjustments, and optimizations as needed; * Using **Git and Azure DevOps** for code versioning, task management, and tracking deliveries; * Participating in team ceremonies and routines following **agile methodologies**, contributing to the continuous evolution of solutions; * Analyzing technical scenarios and proposing **efficient solutions to complex problems**; * Collaborating across various technical and business areas, ensuring alignment and delivery quality. **What you need:** * Experience developing systems using **C\#**; * Experience with **PL/SQL**; * Hands-on experience developing and consuming **REST APIs and integrations**; * Knowledge of **Oracle and SQL Server databases**; * Experience with **version control using Git**; * Familiarity with **Azure DevOps** (repositories, pipelines, and boards); * Experience with **agile methodologies**, especially **Scrum**. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Open Finance / Open Banking**, particularly interpreting regulatory specifications and implementing APIs; * Experience with **integration platforms**, such as **MuleSoft**; * Experience with **event messaging and streaming**, especially **Kafka**; * Knowledge of **event-driven architectures**; * Experience with **API security** (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, digital certificates, and mTLS); * Experience with **observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations**.
