This role involves maintaining and continuously enhancing critical systems, ensuring stability, security, and technological advancement of the solutions. In this context, you will contribute to technical improvements, development of new features, and evolution of integrations—supporting the delivery of robust and scalable solutions that underpin the institution’s operations and innovation. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and enhancing features using **C\#**, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to industry best practices; * Performing **maintenance and continuous improvement** of existing systems and integrations; * Developing and consuming **REST APIs and integrations**, ensuring efficient communication among disparate systems; * Working with **Oracle and SQL Server databases**, performing queries, adjustments, and optimizations as needed; * Using **Git and Azure DevOps** for source code versioning, task management, and delivery tracking; * Participating in team ceremonies and routines following **agile methodologies**, contributing to the continuous evolution of solutions; * Analyzing technical scenarios and proposing **efficient solutions to complex problems**; * Collaborating with various technical and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality. **Required qualifications:** * Experience developing systems using **C\#**; * Experience with **PL/SQL**; * Hands-on experience developing and consuming **REST APIs and integrations**; * Knowledge of **Oracle and SQL Server databases**; * Experience with **version control using Git**; * Familiarity with **Azure DevOps** (repositories, pipelines, and boards); * Experience working with **agile methodologies**, especially **Scrum**. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Open Finance / Open Banking**, particularly interpreting regulatory specifications and implementing APIs; * Experience with **integration platforms**, such as **MuleSoft**; * Experience with **event messaging and streaming**, especially **Kafka**; * Knowledge of **event-driven architectures**; * Experience with **API security** (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, digital certificates, and mTLS); * Experience with **observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integrations**.
