Our purpose is to advance the frontiers of data and AI technologies to generate sustainable and ethical value for business units. Our teams are organized into three major pillars: analytics (focused on profit pools), platform & infrastructure, and governance & quality. Together with business units, we develop and implement analytical intelligence solutions that drive revenue growth, increase operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance customer experience. Work model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite Unit: Osasco – SP or Curitiba – PR **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Intelligence II professional, you will work within the Data Governance Management area, with the following key responsibilities: * End-to-end development and evolution of Power BI dashboards, including source connectivity, data modeling, data transformation, and front-end construction. * Maintenance of existing dashboards, ensuring connection stability, correction of underlying data errors, and continuous delivery enhancement. * Connecting, preparing, and modeling data in environments such as Databricks, applying best practices for ingestion and standardization. * Creating data visualizations and narratives that communicate insights clearly, objectively, and consistently—adhering to visual identity standards and governance guidelines. * Supporting the squad on new dashboard requests, from requirement understanding through internal partner delivery. * Participating in results presentations and dashboard demonstrations for leadership, when required. * Collaborating with data engineering to ensure quality, consistency, security, and governance across the analytical ecosystem. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience with Power BI, including proficiency in DAX for creating complex measures and calculations. * Strong knowledge of data modeling (relationships, BI best practices). * Experience with Power Query and the M language for data ingestion and transformation. * Experience with SQL, including data extraction, queries, and joins. * Ability to connect to and operate in Databricks environments. * Proven track record of end-to-end dashboard development (source, modeling, visualization, delivery/presentation). * Skills in data visualization, visual identity, and storytelling.
