Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior International Logistics Analyst to ensure efficiency and security in international transportation, from production through to final delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of import projects and negotiation with partners **Work Location:** Praia Mole Port, ES **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Confidential Position** — a major industrial-sector company **Salary:** R$ 9.040,00 About the Position We are looking for a **Senior International Logistics Analyst** to join a large industry with strong national and international presence. The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, competitiveness, and security in the contracting and execution of international transportation for purchase orders, overseeing the process from order production at the supplier through to final goods delivery. Main Responsibilities * Participate in feasibility analysis for importing goods; * Monitor production of imported purchase orders at the supplier; * Conduct meetings with internal customers to assess the import project scenario; * Structure, monitor, and manage import project schedules; * Establish governance for the import process of project cargo; * Prospect, negotiate, and contract freight forwarders, logistics operators, shipping lines, terminals, and transport companies; * Develop and monitor cost and performance indicators; * Monitor international and domestic logistics for projects; * Validate and approve logistics costs for operations. Desired Technical Competencies * Management of import operations and international logistics; * Planning and control of logistics projects, including schedule and critical milestone management; * Negotiation of international freight rates and logistics contracts; * Knowledge of maritime, air, road, and multimodal transport; * Familiarity with Incoterms, international transportation, and import documentation; * Logistics cost management and economic feasibility analysis; * Development and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs); * Logistics risk management and contingency planning; * Knowledge of customs legislation and foreign trade processes; * Understanding of supply chain and project logistics. Mandatory Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields; * **Advanced English proficiency for communication and negotiation with international suppliers;** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; * Experience in international logistics (preferred).
