Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of menus across KFC's internal systems and digital platforms, working on process standardization and continuous improvement. Even amid this expansion, we remain faithful to our essence: serving the best fried chicken, with quality, flavor, and tradition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register, update, and maintain menus in internal systems and digital platforms, ensuring accurate product availability across all sales channels. * Ensure the quality and integrity of registered information—including prices, descriptions, ingredients, images, categories, and item availability. * Perform data verification and validation, identifying inconsistencies and implementing necessary corrections to guarantee information reliability. * Support product launches, portfolio changes, and promotional campaigns, ensuring updates are completed within established deadlines. * Develop and update control spreadsheets, tracking KPIs, registration schedules, and other administrative routines within the area. * Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology—to ensure alignment and consistency of menu information. * Analyze customer, restaurant, and internal team feedback to identify opportunities for improving menu organization, presentation, and information quality. * Contribute to the standardization of registration processes by following internal procedures and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage large volumes of information, ensuring registration accuracy and quality. * Intermediate Excel knowledge, including proficiency with VLOOKUP, basic pivot tables, filters, and essential formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, and related functions). * Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting product descriptions and collaborating across departments. * Proactive mindset, with willingness to continuously learn and contribute improvements to departmental routines and processes. * Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and delivery platforms is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * **Meal Voucher** * **Transportation Voucher** * **Medical Assistance** * **Dental Assistance** * **Life Insurance** * **Pharmacy Benefit** * **TotalPass** * **Profit and Results Sharing (PLR)** * **Parking with Employee Contribution** * **Work Model: Hybrid** KFC's story began in 1930, when Colonel Sanders created the secret recipe that would give rise to the world's most delicious fried chicken.
