Progenth is a company specialized in innovative technology solutions. We provide software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Request and monitor authorizations for procedures, exams, medications, and treatments with health insurance providers. Directly contact health insurance operators to resolve pending issues and approve procedures. Monitor deadlines and patient care cycles, ensuring authorization renewals when necessary. Verify medical and administrative documentation prior to submission to health insurance providers. Perform system registration and update of information. Verify invoices and billing processes. Monitor billing and authorization pending items, ensuring proper resolution of related processes. Maintain interface with medical teams, pharmacy, reception, and clinic management. Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to patient care and billing. Prepare tracking controls and reports for processes under responsibility. Previous experience as a Collections Analyst, Accounts Receivable Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Revenue Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
