Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for company legalization, including company registration, amendments, and dissolution across various Brazilian states, as well as monitoring licenses and drafting contracts. Innovative environment with support and comfort **Requirements:** \- Experience in the legalization sector \- Experience with Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit companies \- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Accounting Sciences \- Punctuality and organization \- Strong communication skills \- Teamwork ability \- Willingness to learn and grow professionally **Responsibilities:** \- Registering companies in all Brazilian states; \- Amending company data in all Brazilian states; \- Dissolving companies in all Brazilian states; \- Registering municipal and state tax IDs; \- Verifying the existence of state and municipal tax IDs whenever a new client registers; \- Requesting, amending, or canceling municipal tax IDs; \- Issuing Negative Certificates; \- Registering access credentials for municipal service tax (ISS); \- Monitoring the issuance of client licenses and permits (maintaining spreadsheets and tracking progress); \- Registering company access credentials, tax IDs, and performing other registration-related tasks (e.g., ISS access, tax registrations); \- Drafting contracts (e.g., lease agreements, accounting service agreements, termination agreements); **Benefits:** \- Starting salary range: R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 \- Transportation allowance \- On-site meals with full comfort \- "Sextou Investir" (enhanced afternoon coffee break) \- Recognition for task completion \- Investment in courses (to be arranged) \- Innovative working environment with full comfort and tranquility \- Knowledge enrichment in the field through guidance from the CEO \- Available support to address area-specific questions \- Birthday Day Off \- Life insurance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
