About the job Our Demand Training and Development team is seeking a Training and Development Specialist (including opportunities for Persons with Disabilities — PwD) to work in the São Paulo - SP region in a hybrid format at our Paulista office. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining training and development strategies aligned with business priorities, ensuring the advancement of technical, behavioral, and strategic competencies across teams. Working consultatively with leadership and cross-functional areas, the specialist will identify development needs, propose educational solutions, and monitor effectiveness, engagement, and business impact indicators. Key responsibilities include: * Designing and implementing learning pathways aligned with company strategy and business needs; * Conducting capability diagnostics through analysis of performance metrics, assessments, and stakeholder feedback; * Structuring technical, commercial, and strategic vision training for diverse audiences; * Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engaging and practically applicable learning experiences; * Collaborating with departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, SFE, HR, and field leadership to co-create integrated solutions; * Monitoring training KPIs and proposing action plans and continuous improvements; * Supporting onboarding programs, representative development, mentoring, and culture and performance initiatives; * Ensuring updates and maintenance of learning platforms (LMS/LXP); * Developing executive materials, presentations, and educational content aligned with the company’s identity and strategy. About you * Reside in São Paulo - SP; * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Administration, Psychology, Nutrition, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines; * Experience working cross-functionally and interfacing with leadership; * Preferred experience with commercial teams, field teams, or the pharmaceutical/nutrition/healthcare industry; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; * Basic familiarity with LMS platforms; * Prior experience in Training & Development, HR, or related areas is desirable; * Availability to work onsite (twice per week) at our Av.
