Job Summary: We are seeking field researchers to administer in-person questionnaires, following a prescribed protocol and methodological guidelines, and accurately recording responses. We are looking for field researchers to conduct in-person questionnaire administration in pre-defined neighborhoods. Responsibilities: Administer structured questionnaires to voters; Meet the daily interview target; Follow the prescribed protocol and methodological guidelines; Accurately record collected responses. Requirements: Strong communication skills and respectful approach; Responsibility and commitment to meeting targets; Availability for fieldwork; Completed high school education (preferred). Advantages: Experience conducting field research; Proficiency in using smartphones/tablets. **Compensation** Compensation is **R$ 125.00 per day WITH QUESTIONNAIRE TARGET MET (paid after submission and verification)** **Payment is made upon full completion and evaluation of all questionnaires.** Payment: starting from R$120.00 per day Work Location: On-site
