Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Analyst (PCD) to support the sales department, focusing on analytical and operational activities for decision-making and servicing major clients. Key Highlights: 1. Support the management of the retail channel's strategic customer portfolio. 2. Generate insights and analyses to support the sales team's decision-making. 3. Maintain constant interface with various departments across the company. We are looking for a **Mid-Level Commercial Analyst (PCD)** to support the sales department by contributing analytical and operational activities that assist the commercial team’s decision-making process. The role will be part of the team responsible for servicing major clients, with a focus on monitoring KPIs, managing commercial processes, and interfacing with various departments across the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Support the management of the retail channel's strategic customer portfolio. * Develop, manage, and monitor commercial dashboards and reports. * Generate insights and analyses to support the sales team's decision-making. * Conduct forecasting activities and track client performance results. * Manage commercial budgets and ensure proper allocation and use of resources. * Review and monitor internal documentation and commercial department processes. * Handle price updates and product registration maintenance. * Maintain constant interface with departments such as Logistics, Business Intelligence (BI), Product Registration, and other supporting areas. * Monitor performance indicators and support the implementation of improvements in commercial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in operational and analytical commercial activities. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical mindset, organized, and detail-oriented. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. **Desirable** * Experience in retail, consumer goods, or home appliance sectors. * Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied in corporate environments. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience managing commercial budgets. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week) **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week with flexible schedule.
