Job Description * Focus on **planning**, scheduling, and supervision of construction works, particularly electrical installation activities, to ensure achievement of defined targets within quality, cost, schedule, and safety standards. * Perform project planning tasks, including analysis and preparation of schedules; issue weekly schedules jointly with subcontractors. * Analyze physical-financial indicators for civil works, supporting identification of root causes of issues and development and execution of action plans. * Define productivity indicators together with engineers (planned vs. actual). * Conduct periodic site audits and analyze production data in accordance with established guidelines. Qualifications Skills in quantity take-off from engineering drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), CAD software, and Primavera.
