We are an e\-commerce brand specializing in fashion jewelry, known for offering high\-quality products and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will work remotely via the company's WhatsApp on your computer, using our exclusive platform to ensure fast, effective, and personalized service. Responsibilities: \- Promptly receive and respond to customer inquiries and questions, providing accurate information about our products, policies, and services. \- Resolve issues and provide comprehensive support throughout the purchasing process, including guidance on sizing, order completion, and exchanges. \- Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction in all interactions. \- Use conversation scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient service. \- Collaborate closely with other team members to continuously improve our processes and customer experience. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive problem\-solving ability and capacity to handle challenging situations. Customer\-oriented mindset, with ability to build empathy and deliver personalized solutions. Prior customer service experience is not required but will be valued.
