Job Summary: The Beauty and Appearance Assistant will be responsible for conducting initial appearance training for Game Presenters and evaluating and monitoring the company's image standards. Our team comprises over 14,000 talented professionals with extensive experience across diverse industries, forming a dynamic and versatile workforce committed to excellence. **Position Description** ------------------------ The **Beauty and Appearance Assistant** will be responsible for conducting initial appearance training for new Game Presenters, evaluating their individual presentation prior to studio entry, requesting and overseeing necessary image adjustments, and contributing to the overall monitoring of the company’s appearance standards. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Maintain and update employee records related to image and personal presentation; * Train employees on the company’s image requirements and standards; * Recommend and oversee implementation of image changes requested by employees or the company; * Evaluate the appearance of each new employee before their first studio entry; * Develop written materials and procedures related to image standards; * Conduct image tests for different projects in studios; * Communicate relevant image and presentation information via appropriate internal channels; * Review and update files and documentation dedicated to employee image; * Coordinate and support corporate standard presentation sessions as well as practical workshops. **Requirements** -------------- * Certification or diploma in Makeup and/or Hairdressing, recognized by a competent institution; * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to Appearance, Image, Beauty, or related fields; * Knowledge of hairstyling and hairdos; * Excellent presentation skills; * Proficiency in computer applications (Office Suite and digital tools); * Strong interpersonal communication and self-control; * Attention to detail; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities, profiles, and cultures. **Benefits** -------------- * Meal allowance; * Health insurance (after probation period); * Transportation allowance; * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an international and multicultural environment. **Join Our Team!** ------------------------------------ Join ARRISE and advance your career at an innovative global company, in a welcoming, collaborative, and opportunity-rich environment.
